Setup steps
- Settings → Integrations → QuickBooks → Connect
- Sign in to Intuit and authorize Limozoft
- Map Limozoft revenue accounts to your QBO chart of accounts
- Optional: turn on nightly sync at 2am local

Same as QuickBooks: invoices, payments, refunds sync nightly. Handles multi-currency for UK/AU operators.
Setup steps
- Settings → Integrations → Xero → Connect
- Authorize the Xero OAuth prompt
- Map Limozoft revenue + tax accounts to Xero equivalents

Charge cards, save cards on file, handle refunds and disputes. Powers the booking widget and driver-side card capture.

- Complete Stripe onboarding (or reconnect existing account)

Local & regional payment processors
For operators whose customers pay with a local card scheme, bank transfer or wallet that Stripe, Square and Authorize.net do not cover. Tell us your processor and country and we confirm what is available, or scope a connection to your own merchant account.

Native GNet trip exchange is on the public roadmap (planned Q4 2026). Today, GNet and other affiliate trips are handled through Limozoft's farm-in / farm-out workflow with email/SMS trip sheets.
Setup steps
- Today: add the partner under Affiliates and send or receive trips by trip sheet
- When native GNet ships: enable it under Settings → Integrations
