Disclosure: Limozoft is our own product and appears in column one. Cells describe what each vendor publicly documents; where a vendor publishes nothing we write "not published" rather than guessing. Read the sourcing rules in our methodology and verify prices at the vendor before deciding.
Short answer: Use this table to eliminate, not to choose. Three rows decide most shortlists: pricing transparency, whether the driver app is included or an add-on, and how per-seat or per-driver charges behave as you grow. Once two or three platforms survive those rows, the decision moves to a demo with your own rate cards — no matrix can settle it.

How to use this table without being misled
- "Ask" is information. Where a cell says ask or verify, the vendor does not publish the answer. That is itself a fact about how they sell, and it means your diligence load is higher.
- Count only the rows you'll use. A platform winning fifteen rows you never touch loses to one that wins the four that run your Friday night.

Which dispatch platform has the most transparent pricing?+
Only two of the six publish anything: Limozoft, at $399 one-time setup plus $10–$30/month by fleet band with no per-seat charges, and Moovs, which publishes plan tiers that then vary with seats, add-ons and processing. The other four quote per operator.
Which platforms include the driver app rather than charging extra?+
Limozoft includes it, and Moovs includes it in its plans. On Limo Anywhere and Livery Coach it should be treated as a line item to confirm on your quote, because module structures differ by configuration.
Why do so many cells say 'verify in demo'?+
Because publishing a confident yes or no from a marketing page would be guessing. Feature names hide big differences — 'hourly rates' can mean a flat hourly figure or a full as-directed rule set with wait time, overtime and minimums. Test your own rate cards.
Which is best for a 10-vehicle chauffeur operator?+
On this list, the flat-priced options fit best at that size: predictable cost, included driver app and passenger booking, and days rather than weeks to go live. If a large share of your work is affiliate farm-in, Limo Anywhere's network may still outweigh the cost difference.
How often is this matrix updated?+
Quarterly at minimum, plus within five business days of any announced repricing or module change. The verification date is shown at the top of the page and the correction policy is on the methodology page.
