Ava, the voice assistant that books the ride
See a call, from the first hello to a confirmed booking

From the first question to the confirmation
- Ava answers on your existing business line, or a new one we provision, greeting the caller with your business name and a tone that suits the hour.
- She works out what the caller wants: a new booking, a question about an existing reservation, a corporate account enquiry, or a request for a person, which transfers straight away.
- She asks for the pickup address, then the drop-off address, followed by the date and time, passenger count, vehicle class, a flight number for airport trips, and any special requests.
- She quotes the fare from your Limozoft rate structure. The price is computed, never invented.
- She takes payment. The caller enters the card on the keypad, so Ava never hears or stores the number.
- The booking is confirmed. The reservation appears on the dispatch board within seconds, tagged as AI-booked with the call transcript attached.
- The caller gets a text with the reservation number and the driver-assignment ETA.
What Ava does on every call
| Stage | What Ava asks or does | What you get |

| Drop-off address | Asks where they are going | Drop-off location on the job |
| Trip details | Date and time, passengers, vehicle class, flight number, special requests | A complete booking, not a half-filled note |
| Quote | Prices from your rate structure | A fare that matches your dispatch card |
| Payment | Card entry on the phone keypad | Payment captured without the card number being heard or stored |
| Confirmation | Confirms the booking and texts the caller | A reservation on the dispatch board with the transcript attached |

Always has a way out
- Transfers to a live number you specify, on request or on trigger words such as weddings and VIP.
- Takes a callback request with the call summarised.
- Offers to text the caller a booking link.
Under your control
- Recording and transcript retention of 7, 30 or 90 days, or export to your own storage.
- Setup takes about ten minutes: voice, hours, transfer rules and payment capture.
Where Ava fits
Ava is built for limo and chauffeur operators whose calls go unanswered when the office is closed or every dispatcher is busy. She works with your existing rate structure and dispatch board, so there is no second system to keep in step. For the full configuration options and pricing terms, see the AI booking agent page.
