Limozoft dispatch software logoLimozoft

United States

Corporate limo software your procurement team can actually buy.

Most dispatch platforms are sold like consumer SaaS: card up front, no PO, no net terms, no W-9. That is fine for a two-car operator and useless the moment you carry a hotel group, a hospital system or a government account that pays on its own schedule. Limozoft is priced publicly at $399 one-time + $10/month (Starter, 1–5 vehicles) or $699 one-time + $30/month (Fleet, 6–50 vehicles), and it bills the way US finance departments expect.

Short answer: Purchase-order invoicing, net-30 payment terms, W-9 on request, itemised invoices that split the one-time setup fee from the monthly platform fee, and a documented three-week migration off Limo Anywhere — with your old system live until you sign off.

What procurement usually asks for

  • W-9. Provided on request before the first invoice.
  • Certificate of insurance. Available on request for vendor onboarding packets.
  • Itemised invoice. Setup fee and monthly platform fee shown as separate lines, so the one-time cost can be capitalised.
  • Named contact. One person owns your account through migration and go-live, reachable by email and WhatsApp.
  • Data handling. Your reservation data stays in your account; we never resell it, and we delete it on written request.

Migrating a US fleet off Limo Anywhere

This is the most common move we handle, and the reason is almost always the add-on stack rather than the core platform. Limo Anywhere publishes its pricing openly, and the plan itself is reasonable — per limoanywhere.com/pricing, August 2026. What catches operators out is what sits on top of it: a branded passenger app carries its own setup fee and monthly fee, messaging is separate again, and there is a per-trip network fee on affiliate work. For a three-car operator running a few hundred trips a month, the add-ons can cost more than the plan.

The three-week migration

  1. Week 1 — export and map. You pull customers, addresses, vehicle classes, rate rules and completed reservations. We map every field and write back a list of anything that has no equivalent, rather than quietly dropping it.
  2. Week 2 — parallel running. New bookings go into both systems. Your dispatchers work the Limozoft board on their phones for a week while Limo Anywhere stays live as the safety net.
  3. Week 3 — cutover. Web booker and passenger app point at Limozoft, drivers move to the driver app, and you cancel the old subscription only after you have signed off on a full week of parallel data.

One honest disqualifier: if a large share of your work comes in through an affiliate network like LA Net or GNet, that network is a real reason to stay where you are today. Tell us on the call and we will say so plainly rather than sell around it.

What your dispatchers get on day one

Four web apps, included at one price: the dispatch console (which works on a phone browser — assign a driver from the airport curb), the web booker on your own domain, the passenger app and the driver app. No per-seat charge for adding a dispatcher, and no metered SMS surprise at the end of the month.

FAQ

Do you accept purchase orders?+
Yes. Send the PO number on the onboarding form and we invoice against it. If procurement needs the invoice raised before the PO exists, we can issue a quote referencing your requisition number instead.
What are your payment terms?+
Net-30 from invoice date for corporate and government buyers. Card payers are charged the setup fee and first month at checkout. We do not require an annual prepayment either way.
Can you invoice a parent company or a shared services centre?+
Yes. The billing entity, accounts payable email and billing address are captured separately from the operating account, so the invoice can go anywhere your finance team needs.
Which tax documents can you provide?+
A completed W-9 on request, plus itemised invoices showing the one-time setup fee and monthly platform fee separately for capitalisation purposes.
How long does a migration from Limo Anywhere take?+
Two to three weeks for a typical fleet under 50 vehicles: week one is data export and mapping, week two is parallel running, week three is cutover. You keep your existing system live until you sign off.
What happens to our reservation history?+
We import customers, addresses, vehicle classes, rate rules and completed reservations from your export files. Anything we cannot map is reported back to you in writing rather than silently dropped.
