Export checklist — what to pull from Limo Anywhere

You can do all of this from Limo Anywhere admin without a sales rep. If you get stuck, we'll join a screenshare and pull it with you.

  • Customers — CSV: name, email, phone, VIP flag, preferred vehicle, notes.
  • Corporate accounts — CSV: account name, billing address, PO required (yes/no), payment terms, tax exemption.
  • Vehicles — CSV: year, make, model, license plate, capacity, vehicle class, active flag.
  • Drivers — CSV: name, phone, email, license number and expiry, license class, active flag.
  • Rate structures — CSV or PDF: hourly, transfer, point-to-point, airport minimums, surcharges (fuel, tolls, gratuity).
  • Future reservations — CSV: all bookings from tomorrow forward with confirmation number, pickup datetime, passenger, vehicle class, price, notes.
  • Historical reservations (optional) — last 24 months for reporting continuity. Not required for go-live.
  • Payment processor credentials — Stripe/Square/ Authorize.net publishable + secret keys. Stored card tokens generally do NOT transfer; customers will re-enter cards on first new booking.

The three risks we call out on every call

1. Stored payment tokens don't transfer.

This isn't a Limozoft limitation — no processor allows one merchant to hand tokenized cards to another merchant account. Customers re-enter their card on first post-go-live booking. If you use Stripe, we can speed this up with a bulk-invite email that pre-authorizes the new merchant record in one click.

2. Custom Limo Anywhere reports don't come with you.

Historical reservation data does, but any custom-built Limo Anywhere report needs to be recreated. We rebuild the three you use most, free, during onboarding. Anything niche past that is a scoped add-on.

3. Your booking widget URL changes.

Limozoft's booking widget lives on the same domain but a different path. We give you a JS snippet that replaces the Limo Anywhere iframe; any marketing links you sent out with the old Limo Anywhere URL keep working via a redirect we set up for 90 days after go-live.

Why operators switch (from the last 40 discovery calls)

  • Real monthly bill 40–100% above the entry-plan quote once add-ons stack up (see Limo Anywhere pricing breakdown).
  • Per-seat dispatcher pricing that punishes growth.
  • Branded passenger app quoted as a separate line item.
  • Support ticket turnaround measured in days, not hours.
  • UI that visibly predates smartphones.

None of those are marketing complaints — they're the top-5 answers from the operators who booked a demo in the last 90 days.

Migration FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How long does migration from Limo Anywhere take?+
Typical timeline is 3–5 business days for fleets under 25 vehicles, 7–10 for 25–100. Data export + validation is the slowest step; go-live itself is same-day.
Does Limozoft charge for migration?+
Migration is free on annual plans. Month-to-month plans can add a one-time $499 white-glove migration if you want us to run the export and mapping.
What data can I actually get out of Limo Anywhere?+
Customers, corporate accounts, vehicles, drivers, rate structures and historical reservations all export to CSV from Limo Anywhere's admin tools. Stored payment tokens and merchant-processor tokenized cards generally cannot be transferred — that's a payment-industry rule, not a Limozoft limit.
Will my drivers keep the same login?+
No — drivers get a new Limozoft account and download the Limozoft driver app. We generate the accounts from your Limo Anywhere driver export so the first login is one tap.
What happens to my scheduled future reservations?+
Future reservations import with the same confirmation numbers, pickup times and rate structures. We do a side-by-side reconciliation the day before go-live so nothing is missed.
Can I run both platforms in parallel?+
Yes. We recommend a 3–7 day overlap where Limo Anywhere stays the system of record for legacy jobs and Limozoft takes all new bookings. Cutover completes when the last Limo Anywhere reservation runs.
