Build the platform limo operators actually want to use.

Limozoft is a small team building modern dispatch software for chauffeur and limo operators worldwide. We're remote-first, ship weekly to real customers, and value chauffeur-industry experience as highly as engineering pedigree. Below is what's open right now and how we hire.

Open roles

Founding Customer Success Manager (Chauffeur industry)

Full-time

Remote — US or EU time zone

Own onboarding, migration and account expansion for the first 100 Limozoft operators. Ex-dispatcher, ex-operations manager or ex-limo company owner strongly preferred.

How we hire

  1. Intro call (30 min) — with a founder. Not a screen; a real two-way conversation about the role and your work.
  2. Paid work sample (4–6 hours) — a scoped, real problem from our backlog. We pay a flat rate whether or not you're hired.
  3. Team conversations (2 × 45 min) — with people you'd work with day-to-day, including at least one customer-facing teammate.
  4. References (2) — one manager, one peer. We call them; we don't ask for written references.

Time from intro call to decision: 10 business days or fewer, or we tell you why it's slipping. We reply to every application, even the ones we pass on.

What we look for across every role

  • You've either worked in a chauffeur / limo operation or you're willing to do a week of dispatcher ride-alongs before you start shipping.
  • You write clearly. Async-first teams live and die by written communication.
  • You'd rather ship a small, correct thing today than a perfect thing next quarter.
  • You take customer feedback personally — in the good way.

What we offer

  • Remote-first. Work from wherever you're most productive.
  • Competitive base salary + meaningful equity for early hires.
  • Health cover contribution (region-dependent).
  • Real, taken vacation — minimum four weeks, no upper limit.
  • Annual team offsite. The last one was three days of dispatcher ride-alongs in New York, on purpose.
