What is a branded passenger app for a limo operator?+
A branded passenger app is an iOS and Android app that carries your operator's name, logo and colors instead of the software vendor's brand. Passengers download 'Acme Chauffeurs' — not 'Limozoft' — and book, track and rebook rides inside it. It's the retention layer of a modern chauffeur business.
Is the passenger app included on every Limozoft plan?+
Yes. Every plan ships the passenger app for iOS and Android, published under your brand in your own App Store and Google Play accounts. There is no separate per-brand or per-user fee.
Can passengers track their chauffeur in real time?+
Yes. Once a chauffeur accepts a run in the driver app, the passenger sees a live vehicle pin, chauffeur name and photo, vehicle details and a continuously updated ETA. The same status stream powers dispatch, so passenger and office see the same picture.
Does the app support corporate account bookings?+
Yes. Corporate travellers log in with a company code, book against a PO or cost center you configured on the dispatch side, and receive receipts that match your corporate invoicing format. No separate corporate app.
Can I ship the app under my own App Store developer account?+
Yes. We publish the branded build into your Apple Developer and Google Play Console accounts so the app is legally yours. If you leave Limozoft, the listing does not disappear — you keep the developer account and the app store presence you paid to build.
