Feature

Payments that land in your bank account, not ours.

Limozoft is limo and chauffeur dispatch software built for 1–10 vehicle fleets, and it scales to 50. Payments run through your own Stripe account: cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay at booking, pre-authorization and final capture after the run, gratuity and surcharges itemized, and corporate accounts invoiced on terms. No commission, no per-trip fee.

How does payment work in limo dispatch software?

  • Your Stripe, your payouts — you stay the merchant of record and funds settle directly to your bank.
  • Authorize then capture — hold the quoted fare at booking, charge the final amount once the trip sheet closes.
  • Saved cards & wallets — returning passengers pay in one tap with a saved card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
  • Itemized extras — gratuity, waiting time, extra stops, tolls, fuel surcharge and STC shown as separate lines.
  • Corporate invoicing — PO capture, cost centers, consolidated monthly invoices and net-30 terms.
  • Refunds & no-shows — partial refunds, cancellation and no-show charges applied from the reservation record.

What this page does not cover

Limozoft does not provide merchant services, lending or payment processing of its own, and it is not a fit for operators who want the software vendor to hold and disburse their revenue. Stripe processing rates are set by Stripe and passed through at cost.

Payments — FAQ

Who processes card payments — Limozoft or my own account?+
Your own. Limozoft connects to your Stripe account, so card payments settle directly into your bank account on Stripe's normal payout schedule. Limozoft never becomes the merchant of record and never holds your funds.
Does Limozoft take a commission or per-trip fee on payments?+
No. There is no commission, no per-booking fee and no per-trip fee. You pay a one-time $399 build, then $10–$40/month for hosting and support, plus Stripe's own processing rate, which is passed through at cost.
Can I authorize a card at booking and charge the final amount later?+
Yes. The booking flow can pre-authorize the quoted fare, then capture the final amount after the run once waiting time, extra stops, tolls or gratuity are added on the trip sheet.
How do corporate accounts pay without a card?+
Corporate accounts book against a PO or cost center and are invoiced on terms (for example net-30) instead of being charged at booking. Consolidated monthly invoices are generated from the same reservation records.
Which payment methods do passengers see?+
Saved cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay in the booking widget and passenger app, plus cash or account billing where you enable it. As of September 2026, payment methods available depend on your Stripe account's country.
