Limozoft dispatch software logoLimozoft

Feature

Every vehicle, every job, on one live map.

Limozoft is limo and chauffeur dispatch software built for 1–10 vehicle fleets, and it scales to 50. Real-time tracking puts every on-duty vehicle and job on one map, gives passengers a live ETA, shifts airport pickups with the flight, and stores a status timeline you can use to settle disputes.

What real-time tracking covers

  • Live operations map — on-duty vehicles, current assignment and status colors at a glance.
  • Passenger ETA — live vehicle pin and ETA in the branded app or via a shareable tracking link.
  • Flight tracking — airport pickups follow the actual flight time, not the booked time.
  • Status timeline — on the way, arrived, passenger on board, dropped off, with timestamps.
  • Route history — retained per completed job for waiting-time and no-show disputes.
  • Conflict detection — overlapping assignments flagged before dispatch confirms them.

Honest limits

Tracking depends on the chauffeur's phone having signal and the driver app being on shift; there is no in-vehicle hardware telematics unit, and Limozoft is not a fit for operators who need certified tachograph or ELD logging.

Real-time tracking — FAQ

What does real-time tracking show a dispatcher?+
A single live map with every on-duty vehicle, its current job, its status (on the way, arrived, passenger on board, done) and its ETA to the next pickup. The same stream drives the trip board, so the map and the board never disagree.
Can passengers track their chauffeur?+
Yes. Once a chauffeur accepts the run, the passenger sees a live vehicle pin, chauffeur name, vehicle details and a continuously updated ETA in the branded passenger app or from a tracking link sent by SMS or email.
Does tracking include flight tracking for airport runs?+
Yes. Airport pickups are matched to the flight number and pickup times shift automatically when the flight is early or delayed, so dispatch sees the revised schedule instead of a missed pickup.
Does the driver app drain the phone battery?+
Location reporting is tied to an active shift and uses batched background updates, so the app reports position while a chauffeur is on duty and stops when the shift ends.
Is tracking history kept for disputes?+
Yes. Each completed job stores its status timeline and route history, which is what you use to settle a waiting-time or no-show dispute with a corporate client.
