Methodology: how we source competitor pricing and feature claims

Last full review: 31 August 2026. Next scheduled review: 30 November 2026. Corrections: info@taxi-webdesign.com.

Short answer: Every competitor number we publish comes from a source you can open yourself: the vendor's own pricing or product page, a public software review profile, or a public regulator or registry document. We date each claim, re-verify the whole set quarterly, never publish a figure a prospect gave us privately, and correct errors within five business days of a report. Where a vendor does not publish a price, we say so instead of estimating one.

Why this page exists

We compare Limozoft against other dispatch platforms across dozens of pages, and we are not a neutral party — we sell one of the products. The only honest way to publish those comparisons is to make the provenance of every claim checkable, so you can dismiss anything that does not hold up. That is what this page is for.

Source hierarchy

When two sources disagree, the higher tier wins and we note the discrepancy on the page in question.

TierSourceHow we use it
1Vendor's own published pricing or product pageQuoted directly, with the tier name and the date we read it. Highest authority for price and module inclusion.
2Vendor documentation, help centre, app-store listing, status pageUsed for feature existence, platform support and release recency.
3Public software review profiles (Capterra, G2, GetApp, Software Advice) and app-store reviewsUsed for reported pricing where a vendor publishes none, and for recurring qualitative themes. Always labelled as reported, never as confirmed.
4Regulator, licensing authority and registry documents (TLC, TfL, CPUC, NTA, point-to-point authorities)Used for compliance and record-keeping requirements. Linked directly where the regulator provides a stable URL.
5Our own operational experience running builds for ground-transport operators since 2008Used only for statements about our own product, onboarding and process — never to assert a competitor's price.

Rules we hold ourselves to

  • No invented numbers. If a vendor does not publish a price, the page says the vendor does not publish a price. We do not model an estimate and present it as their pricing.
  • Every competitor figure is dated. A price without a read date is worthless, because these vendors reprice.
  • Reported vs confirmed is always distinguished. Third-party review figures are written as "reported at…", never as "costs…".
  • No private quotes. If an operator forwards us their invoice or quote from another vendor, we do not publish the figure unless the operator explicitly authorises it in writing and the document can be anonymised without distorting it.
  • No invented social proof. We publish no testimonial, rating, logo, award or customer count we cannot evidence. Where we have nothing yet, we say we have nothing yet.
  • Competitors get their strengths stated. Every head-to-head page includes the cases where the other product is the better buy. If a comparison never concludes against us, it is marketing, not comparison.
  • Our own pricing stays public. $399 one-time setup, then $10/month (1–5 vehicles), $20/month (6–15) or $30/month (16–50). We do not quote-gate our own numbers while criticising vendors who do.

Review cadence

  • Quarterly: every competitor price, tier name and module-inclusion claim is re-read at source and re-dated. Last completed 31 August 2026; next scheduled 30 November 2026.
  • On event: when a vendor announces repricing, a new tier, an acquisition or a sunset, the affected pages are updated within five business days.
  • Monthly: pre-sales questions asked more than twice are added to the FAQ bank on the relevant page, so our answers track what operators actually ask.

Correction policy

If you are a vendor, operator or reader and something on this site is wrong, email info@taxi-webdesign.com with the page URL and the correct source. Our commitment:

  • Acknowledgement within two business days.
  • Correction or removal within five business days where the report is substantiated.
  • Material corrections are noted on the page itself, not silently edited, and logged in the changelog.
  • Vendors may request a right of reply, which we publish verbatim on the page concerned.

What we are transparent about regarding ourselves

  • Limozoft is a recent product. Our Trustpilot history belongs to taxi-webdesign.com, the agency behind it — not to Limozoft — and we label it that way everywhere it appears.
  • Our case study template is published as a sample and marked as such until a named client signs off on a real one.
  • We are the vendor on every page that compares us. Our neutral competitor-vs-competitor comparisons carry a disclosure saying so.

Methodology — FAQ

Where does the Limo Anywhere setup-fee figure come from?+
From publicly visible pricing information on third-party software review profiles, read on the date shown on the page that cites it, and labelled as reported rather than confirmed. Limo Anywhere does not publish a full price list on its own site, so we do not present any figure as vendor-confirmed.
Why do some comparison cells say 'not clearly advertised' instead of 'no'?+
Because absence from a vendor's public material is not proof the capability does not exist. We only write 'no' when the vendor states it, or when a documented alternative approach makes it clear.
Do you accept payment from vendors for placement?+
No. There are no paid placements, sponsored comparisons or affiliate commissions anywhere on this site. We sell our own software; that is the only commercial interest, and it is disclosed on every comparison page.
How often is competitor pricing re-verified?+
Quarterly at minimum, plus within five business days of any announced repricing. The last full review completed on 31 August 2026 and the next is scheduled for 30 November 2026.
Can a vendor get a comparison page corrected or removed?+
Corrected, yes — substantiated corrections are made within five business days and we publish a vendor's right of reply verbatim. We do not remove factual comparisons, but we will remove any claim that cannot be sourced.
Is Limozoft's own pricing quote-gated?+
No. It is $399 one-time setup, then $10/month for 1–5 vehicles, $20/month for 6–15 and $30/month for 16–50, published on the pricing page with the same numbers used in every FAQ and comparison on the site.
