Does limo software charge per trip or per driver?+
Many platforms do — per-trip caps (Limo Anywhere's Starter plan is reported to cap at 150 trips/month), per-driver seats, or per-booking fees are common. Limozoft charges no per-trip or per-booking fee; trips are unlimited on every plan, with dispatcher seat capacity that scales by plan tier.
How much does Limozoft cost?+
Limozoft is a one-time $399 setup fee for your complete web application — build, branding and onboarding included — then $10–$30/month depending on fleet size to run and host it. There are no per-feature add-ons and no per-driver seat charges.
What does the one-time $399 cover?+
The $399 one-time fee covers your complete web application: dispatch console, booking widget on your own site, native driver app access, your branding, data migration and onboarding. It is charged once — not annually.
What does the $10–$30/month cover?+
The monthly fee covers hosting, updates, backups, security patching and support for your live web application. It starts at $10/month for 1–5 vehicles and tops out at $30/month for fleets up to 50 — no per-trip or per-driver fees on top.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. You can run a 14-day free trial with no credit card before paying the one-time setup fee, so your dispatcher can run real bookings before you commit. There is no long-term contract — the monthly plan can be cancelled any time.
What's included in the price?+
Every plan ships with the drag-and-drop dispatch board, native iOS + Android driver app, embeddable booking widget, corporate PO billing, affiliate trip sharing, Stripe payments, passenger email + SMS notifications, reporting and QuickBooks-compatible exports. Migration from Limo Anywhere, Moovs or Yelowsoft is included in the one-time setup fee.
Do you offer a custom plan?+
Yes — the Custom plan is a tailor-made build for operators who need white-label native apps, source-code arrangements, custom integrations or dedicated infrastructure. Talk to sales for a quote scoped to your fleet.
Are there extra fees I should know about?+
The only pass-through cost is Stripe payment processing, charged at Stripe's standard rate. There are no per-booking fees, no branded-app upsell and no per-dispatcher-seat charge on standard plans.

Billing FAQ — when you're charged

One one-time $399 setup fee for your complete web application, then a single monthly tier — $10 Starter (1–5 vehicles), $20 Growth (6–20), $30 Fleet (up to 50). No per-trip, per-booking or per-driver charges.

When is the one-time $399 setup fee charged?+
After your 14-day free trial, when you approve the build and go live. Nothing is charged to start the trial — no credit card is required up front. The $399 is billed once, on the day you activate your live web application, and never recurs.
When does the monthly subscription start and on what date is it billed?+
Your monthly tier ($10 Starter, $20 Growth or $30 Fleet) starts on the same day the setup fee is charged — your go-live date. That date becomes your billing anniversary, so a go-live on the 12th means every following charge lands on the 12th, billed automatically to the card on file.
Which monthly tier applies to my fleet?+
Starter is $10/month for 1–5 vehicles, Growth is $20/month for 6–20 vehicles, and Fleet is $30/month for up to 50 vehicles. All tiers include unlimited trips and unlimited dispatcher-created bookings — there is no per-trip, per-booking or per-driver seat charge.
What happens if my fleet grows mid-month?+
You move up a tier from your next billing date and we prorate the difference for the remainder of the current period. Nothing about your setup is re-bought — the $399 is paid once regardless of how many times you change tier.
How do I pay, and is the payment secure?+
Payments run through Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's own hosted checkout and are never stored on Limozoft servers. Stripe's standard processing fee is passed through at cost on the payments your passengers make to you — it is not added to your subscription price.
Can I cancel, and what happens to my data?+
Cancel any time from billing settings — there is no contract or notice period. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you can export your bookings, passengers and invoices to CSV before or after cancelling. The one-time setup fee is not refundable once the application is live.
Do you offer refunds?+
The 14-day free trial is the try-before-you-buy window, so we do not refund the $399 setup once your live application is delivered. Monthly charges are refundable pro-rata if we fail to deliver the service in a paid period — raise it with support and we will resolve it.
Do prices include tax, and can I get an invoice?+
Prices are exclusive of VAT/GST, which is applied at your local rate where required. Stripe issues a receipt for every charge automatically, and VAT-compliant invoices with your company details and tax ID are available in billing settings for both the setup fee and each monthly payment.
