Moovs pricing in 2026: how to model what you'll actually pay
Disclosure: published by Limozoft, a competing vendor. Moovs publishes its own tiers — always read them at moovs.app at decision time. We deliberately do not restate their dollar figures here because they reprice; we give you the model instead. Sourcing rules: our methodology.
What Moovs publishes, and what it doesn't
Moovs lists plan tiers on its website that ladder from a basic booking-and-dispatch level up to plans aimed at larger operations, with monthly and annual billing options. That is genuinely useful: you can shortlist without a sales call. What the tier price on its own does not tell you is how many user or driver seats are included at your headcount, which capabilities sit above your tier, what messaging volume costs, and what rate you'll pay on every card transaction. Those four items are where two operators on the same tier end up with very different bills.
The five-line cost model
| Cost line | What to ask | Why it moves the total |
|---|---|---|
| Plan tier | Which tier contains every feature I listed as required — in writing? | The single largest predictable line, and the one most often quoted alone. |
| Seats / drivers | How many office users and drivers are included, and what does each extra cost? | Scales directly with headcount; the line that breaks small-fleet budgets as they grow. |
| Add-ons | Which of these are extra: branded passenger app, advanced dispatch, marketing tools, flight tracking? | Add-ons are typically priced monthly and compound. |
| Messaging | What do SMS and push notifications cost per message or per bundle? | Trip-volume dependent; noticeable once you confirm and remind every ride. |
| Card processing | What is the per-transaction rate, and can I bring my own processor? | On most operator P&Ls this exceeds the software subscription several times over. |
Worked method (use your own numbers)
- Write down: vehicles, drivers, office users, monthly trips, average fare, share paid by card.
- Take the published tier price for the tier that contains your required features, on the billing term you'd actually accept.
- Add extra seat and driver charges beyond what's included at your headcount.
- Add each required add-on at its monthly rate.
- Add messaging: trips × messages per trip × per-message rate.
- Add processing: monthly trips × average fare × card share × processing rate.
- Multiply by 12, add any setup or onboarding fee, and write that single number down. That is the comparable figure.
Do the identical calculation for every shortlisted vendor. Comparing headline monthly rates instead of 12-month all-in totals is the most common and most expensive mistake in this purchase.
Where Moovs is a strong buy
- You want published pricing and self-serve setup rather than a procurement cycle.
- Your growth constraint is the customer-facing booking and quoting experience.
- You're small enough that included seats cover your headcount comfortably.
- You prefer monthly terms while the business is still changing shape.
Where the model starts working against you
- Headcount growth pushes you into per-seat charges and a higher tier at the same time.
- Two or three add-ons become mandatory for your workflow, doubling the effective monthly rate.
- You must use the bundled payment processing at a rate above what you already have.
- You need legacy rate-structure depth or affiliate-network reach the product doesn't target.
How our own pricing compares
For transparency, since we sell a competing product: Limozoft is a $399 one-time setup fee, then $10/month for 1–5 vehicles, $20/month for 6–15, or $30/month for 16–50, with the dispatch board, driver app and passenger booking included and no per-seat charges. You still pay your own card processor directly, so run the same five-line model on us.
