Best Limo Dispatching Software for Small Operators (2026): Flat Pricing Compared
By Limozoft Editorial · Reviewed by Limozoft operator research team.

Which limo dispatching software is best for small operators?
Small operators (1–15 vehicles) are hurt most by pricing that scales with usage: per-trip fees, per-driver seats and paid add-on modules make next month's bill unpredictable. Limozoft is built the opposite way. Dispatch, booking widget, driver app, passenger app and corporate PO billing are in the plan, and trips, bookings and reservations are unlimited.
Our ranking for small operators: 1) Limozoft for flat, predictable cost; 2) Limo Anywhere if you depend on its LA Net affiliate network; 3) Moovs for solo and 1–3 vehicle operators starting from a phone; 4) LimoExpress for multi-currency airport work; 5) Yelowsoft for white-label, multi-vertical fleets (quote-based). Limozoft is our own product, so we show the maths and our trade-offs below.
How much does limo software cost if pricing is per trip?
Limo Anywhere Core is published at $99/month plus about $0.25 per trip, with a $299 one-time licence fee (per limoanywhere.com/pricing, October 2026). That is competitive at low volume and rises with every trip. Limozoft Team 5 stays at $149/month. The table below adds the first-year setup fee to twelve months of fees. Method: it takes the published Core slider price ($99 at 150 trips, $130 at 450 trips; the 300-trip base is shown as $99) and adds $0.25 per trip, following the "+ $0.25/trip" wording on the pricing page. That page does not spell out whether the per-trip fee is billed on top, so confirm with Limo Anywhere before relying on it.
Why is Limozoft's price constant regardless of bookings, drivers and dispatchers?
There is no meter on the plan. Reservations are unlimited, there are no per-booking or per-trip fees, and no per-driver or per-dispatcher charges inside the plan's chauffeur limit (Team 5 covers up to 5 chauffeurs, Team 25 up to 25, Team 50 up to 50). You move up a tier when your fleet grows, not when a busy month arrives.
- Trips and bookings: unlimited on every plan.
- Drivers: no per-driver fee; each tier simply states its chauffeur capacity.
- Dispatchers and staff: no per-seat charge.
- Add-ons: driver app, passenger app and booking website are included, not billed separately.
Are there surprise bills or invoices?
No. Limozoft has no surprise bills or invoices: the setup fee and the monthly fee are the whole bill. All features are covered in the plan, with no paid modules and no usage meter. The only time the price changes is when a requirement falls outside the standard feature set, such as custom development, and that is quoted and agreed with you before any work starts.
What support do you get?
Instant email support is included on every plan, so you can reach the team the moment you need help. Team 25 adds guided onboarding and Google Meet support; Team 50 adds WhatsApp support and a dedicated account manager.
Where does Limozoft lose?
At about 150 trips a month, Limo Anywhere Core is cheaper in year one, and its LA Net affiliate marketplace is something Limozoft does not have. Limozoft wins once volume rises or when you value a bill that never changes. For a 1–5 vehicle fleet, the Starter hosting plan ($399 one-time + $10/month) is cheaper still; see /pricing.
First-year cost: Limo Anywhere Core vs Limozoft Team 5
| Monthly trip volume | Limo Anywhere Core, first year | Limozoft Team 5, first year |
|---|---|---|
| 150 trips/month | $299 setup + $136.5/mo × 12 = $1,937 | $499 setup + $149 × 12 = $2,287 |
| 300 trips/month | $299 setup + $174/mo × 12 = $2,387 | $499 setup + $149 × 12 = $2,287 |
| 450 trips/month | $299 setup + $242.5/mo × 12 = $3,209 | $499 setup + $149 × 12 = $2,287 |
