Connect payments, accounting, maps and tracking to your dispatch
Payment processors: Stripe, Square, PayPal and local processors
Limozoft connects to your own merchant account. Customers pay you, the money settles to your bank on your processor's normal payout schedule, and Limozoft never holds your funds or becomes the merchant of record. There is no commission and no per-booking fee from Limozoft; your processor charges its own rate.
| Processor | Status | Best for | What it covers |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stripe | Live | Most operators, and the widest set of payment methods | Cards, saved cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, refunds and disputes, driver tips |
| Square | Live | Operators who already run Square elsewhere | Charge, save and refund, with the same booking flow |
| Authorize.net | Live | Operators on an existing merchant account | Tokenised card storage and stored cards |
| PayPal | Ask us | Customers who prefer to pay with PayPal | Confirmed with you on the demo call for your country |
| Other third-party or local processors | Ask us | Regional cards, bank transfer and local wallets | We scope it with you, or route it through the API |
What to check when you choose a processor
- The processing rate, plus any fee on refunds and disputes.
- The payout schedule, since limo operators often wait for the money.
- Which payment methods your processor offers in your country. These depend on the processor account.
- Whether you can hold the quoted fare at booking and capture the final amount after the trip, with waiting time and extras added.
If your customers pay by PayPal or a local method that is not on the list, say so early. We will tell you plainly what is available for your country rather than promise a connection that is not there. More on how payments work is on the payments page.
Accounting software: Xero, QuickBooks and local software
Accounting integrations exist so nobody re-types a trip into a ledger. Limozoft pushes invoices, payments, refunds and corporate accounts into your accounting software on a nightly sync, matched by confirmation number, so the books follow the bookings.
| Software | Status | How it connects | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Xero | Live | Connect with Xero's sign-in prompt, map revenue and tax accounts, enable nightly sync | Handles multiple currencies for UK and Australian operators |
| QuickBooks Online | Live | Connect with Intuit's sign-in prompt, map revenue accounts, enable nightly sync | Reconciles by confirmation number |
| Other or local accounting software | Ask us | REST API or Zapier, a data export, or a custom connection scoped with you | Tell us which package your accountant uses |
What your accountant will ask
- Which revenue and tax accounts the trips map to.
- How refunds, no-show charges and gratuity are recorded.
- Whether corporate invoices carry the PO and cost centre.
- How multi-currency is handled, if you operate across borders.
Your data is yours and exportable at any time, so a local accounting package that is not connected directly can still be fed from an export or the API. See security and data ownership.
Maps and navigation
Maps appear in two places: in the chauffeur's hand and on the dispatcher's screen.
| Where | What you get | Who uses it |
|---|---|---|
| Driver app navigation | Tap the pickup address and open it in Google Maps, Apple Maps or Waze. Trip details stay on the card | Chauffeurs |
| Live operations map | Every on-duty vehicle with its current job, status and ETA to the next pickup | Dispatchers |
| Flight data on airport runs | Pickup times follow the actual flight, with live status on the trip card | Dispatchers and chauffeurs |
| Distance and zone pricing | Quotes computed from your own rate card: distance bands, zones, hourly and airport rates | Passengers and staff |
The same position stream drives the dispatch board and the map, so the two never disagree. Read more on live tracking.
Web tracking and app tracking
Passengers want to know where their chauffeur is, and they should not need to install anything to find out. Limozoft offers both routes.
| Web tracking | App tracking | |
|---|---|---|
| How the passenger gets it | A tracking link sent by SMS or email | Your branded passenger app on iOS or Android |
| Install needed | No, it opens in the browser | Yes, from your App Store or Google Play listing |
| What they see | Live vehicle pin, chauffeur name, vehicle details and ETA | The same, plus the chauffeur's photo and push notifications for assigned, on the way, arrived and receipt |
| Best for | First-time and one-off passengers, and guests booked by someone else | Repeat riders and corporate travellers |
Where the data comes from
Both views are fed by the chauffeur's driver app. It reports position during an active shift and stops when the shift ends. Each completed job keeps its status timeline (on the way, arrived, passenger on board, dropped off) and route history, which is what you use to settle a waiting-time or no-show dispute.
If your tool is not on the list
- Zapier handles most low-volume needs: trigger on a new reservation, a completed or cancelled run or a new corporate account.
- The REST and webhook API covers reservations, customers, vehicles, drivers and rate quotes, with keys self-serve in Settings.
- A custom integration can be scoped on request. Tell us what you use on the demo call.
The full list of live, beta and roadmap connections, including calendar, phone and CRM, is on the Integrations page.
