Brand & website

A CMS your dispatcher can actually use.

New route, new vehicle, holiday surcharge, a fresh review to feature — none of that should require a developer or a support ticket. We set up a content system where your team edits pages, publishes route guides and posts articles safely, with SEO structure enforced by the template instead of remembered by a person.

Content types that match a fleet

Generic page builders leave operators pasting text into empty boxes. We model the things your business actually publishes.

  • Vehicles — photos, capacity, luggage, class and pricing basis, reused automatically across fleet and service pages.
  • Routes — origin, destination, drive time, terminal notes and base fare, each generating its own indexable page.
  • Services — airport, corporate, hourly, wedding, with their own quote entry points.
  • Articles and route guides — the SEO and AEO engine, with schema applied by the template.
  • Reviews and case studies — publish once, surface anywhere on the site.

SEO enforced by the template

Titles, meta descriptions, canonical URLs, Open Graph tags, breadcrumbs and JSON-LD are generated from the fields your team fills in. Character-count guidance is inline. Nobody can publish a page with a missing title, and nobody needs to know what a canonical tag is.

Safe publishing workflow

Draft, preview and publish with role-based permissions, so a dispatcher can update a route's pricing without touching your homepage. Every change is versioned and revertible, and scheduled publishing covers seasonal and holiday content.

Automation and integrations

The CMS accepts content through a signed webhook API, so approved external content pipelines can publish and unpublish articles automatically. Media is optimised on upload, sitemaps regenerate on publish, and search engines are pinged the same minute.

What you get

  • CMS setup with transport-specific content types
  • SEO-enforcing page and article templates
  • Roles, draft/preview and scheduled publishing
  • Webhook publishing API and team training

Website CMS — FAQ

Which CMS do you use for transport websites?+
We ship our own headless content layer inside the Limozoft platform, so content, booking and dispatch share one system. If you already run WordPress or Webflow we can integrate with it instead rather than force a migration.
Can non-technical staff update the website safely?+
That is the point of the setup. Role-based permissions, structured fields instead of free-form HTML, live preview before publish, and one-click revert mean the worst case is an unpublished draft, not a broken page.
Does the CMS handle SEO automatically?+
The template generates titles, meta tags, canonicals, breadcrumbs and JSON-LD from your fields, and blocks publishing when required fields are empty. It automates structure — it does not write your positioning for you.
Can content be published from another system automatically?+
Yes. A signed webhook endpoint accepts publish and unpublish events from approved external content pipelines, verifies the signature, and processes the article asynchronously so nothing blocks your site.
