Moovs vs Limo Anywhere vs Limozoft: Feature & Pricing Breakdown (2026)
Short answer: If you run 1–10 vehicles and want the lowest fixed cost, Limozoft is the cheapest of the three to own. If you run 2–20 vehicles and want a polished all-in-one app with built-in payments, Moovs is the strongest fit. If you run a large, established fleet that depends on affiliate farm-outs and deep back-office tooling, Limo Anywhere still has the most mature feature set.

Why compare Moovs to Limo Anywhere at all?

Most operators searching "Moovs vs Limo Anywhere" are already unhappy with one of them, usually over price, contracts or how card payments are handled. This guide compares all three on the things that change your monthly bill and your daily workload, using each vendor's published pricing as of October 2026.

Disclosure: Limozoft is our product. We've stated where it is not the right choice, and every competitor figure names its source so you can check it.

Limo Anywhere: the established incumbent

Limo Anywhere is the longest-running name of the three, and its depth shows. Every plan includes reservations, dispatch, back office, flight tracking and affiliate network management. Core starts at $99/month + $0.25/trip with a $299 upfront fee; Plus at $249/month with $599; Black at $549/month with $899 (per limoanywhere.com/pricing, August 2026). Plus adds QuickBooks integration and custom booking portals; Black adds auto farm-out, a virtual dispatcher, ADP integration and a dedicated account manager.

Where it struggles: user reviews are split. Many long-time operators praise the phone support and the completeness of the system. Others describe the interface as dated and hard to learn, and object to being moved onto Limo Anywhere's own merchant services.

Choose it if you farm a lot of work in and out through LA Net, need QuickBooks or ADP integration, and have staff time to learn a deep system.

Moovs: the modern all-in-one

Moovs is the newer, app-first platform, and it publishes its pricing openly. A free Test Drive tier lets you try booking, dispatch and the driver app on up to 10 rides a month. Standard ($149/mo) targets 2–10 vehicles; Pro ($199/mo) targets 11–20 and adds advanced dispatch, dynamic pricing and a website builder. Enterprise starts at $999/mo for 20+ vehicles (per moovsapp.com/pricing, October 2026).

Where it costs more than it looks: card payments run through Moovs at 3.4% + $0.30 on Standard and 3% + $0.30 on Pro. Standard is limited to 3 team seats and 150 rides a month, with a $299 setup fee. A branded passenger app is a $499/mo add-on with a $1,000 setup fee.

Choose it if you want a polished product with built-in payments and marketing add-ons, and your volume justifies the processing rate.

Limozoft: built for small fleets

Limozoft prices differently from both: a one-time $399 build, then $10/mo for 1–5 vehicles, $30/mo for 6–15 and $40/mo for 16–50 (the 6–15 and 16–50 builds are $699 and $1,299). The build covers your branded web app, booking-widget embed, rate cards, dispatch setup, chauffeur onboarding and data migration from Limo Anywhere. Every module is included: booking widget, native driver app, passenger app under your own brand, dispatch board, flight tracking, farm-in/farm-out and corporate PO invoicing.

Card payouts go through your own Stripe account, so money lands in your bank and Stripe bills processing to you at cost. There are no seat charges, no trip caps and no contract.

  • Not the right answer for fleets of 100+ vehicles or multi-depot enterprise operations
  • Not for operators who depend on GNet, or need in-vehicle telematics or ELD logging
  • Not for buyers who want independent product reviews first — Limozoft doesn't have them yet
  • Not for anyone without (or unwilling to open) a Stripe account

What does year one actually cost?

For a 5-vehicle operator, year one costs about $519 on Limozoft, $1,487 on Limo Anywhere Core and $2,087 on Moovs Standard, before card processing. Figures are subscription plus setup fee at list price. Limo Anywhere also adds $0.25 per trip on Core and its price rises with trip volume, so a busy 5-car operator may pay more.

Card processing is the hidden line. On $20,000 a month of card bookings, Moovs Standard's 3.4% works out to $680 a month in percentage fees. Stripe's standard US rate of 2.9% would be $580, so the difference is roughly $100 a month, or $1,200 a year. Limo Anywhere's processing rates aren't published, so ask for them in writing.

  • 15 vehicles — Limozoft: $1,059 ($699 + $30 × 12)
  • 15 vehicles — Limo Anywhere Plus: $3,587 ($599 + $249 × 12, plus per-trip fees)
  • 15 vehicles — Moovs Pro: $2,687 ($299 + $199 × 12)

Which one should you choose?

Match the software to your fleet size and how you take payments, not to the longest feature list.

  • 1–5 vehicles, owner dispatches from a laptop: Limozoft — lowest fixed cost, no seat or trip limits
  • Starting out, want to test before paying anything: Moovs Test Drive
  • 2–20 vehicles, want built-in payments and marketing add-ons: Moovs
  • Heavy affiliate farm-in/farm-out via LA Net: Limo Anywhere
  • Need GNet, QuickBooks or ADP integration: Limo Anywhere or Moovs
  • Want card payouts straight to your own bank: Limozoft
  • 100+ vehicles or multiple depots: Limo Anywhere Black or Moovs Enterprise

How do you switch without losing bookings?

Whichever platform you move to, run the switch in this order so no future trip falls through the gap.

  • Export customers, corporate accounts, rate cards and every future-dated reservation
  • Check your contract's notice period and early-termination terms
  • Confirm where card funds settle and that held balances are released
  • Load data into the new platform and spot-check future trips
  • Run both systems in parallel for one to two weeks
  • Swap the booking widget and links in confirmation emails
  • Move drivers to the new app with one test trip each
  • Tell affiliates and corporate accounts the change date
